A lifelong learner, Dr. Chai has dedicated his career to staying at the forefront of orthodontic advancements. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences, Master of Science in Oral Biology, Doctor of Dental Surgery, and specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He continues to pursue extensive continuing education in areas such as clear aligner therapy, digital orthodontics, airway diagnosis, orthognathic surgery, and advanced treatment technologies, ensuring his patients benefit from the latest evidence-based techniques.
Dr. Chai is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Board of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society.
Outside the office, Dr. Chai enjoys hiking, photography, gardening, traveling, and watching sports. He also enjoys exploring new technologies and spending time with his family.
